Paul Hobcraft

He has lived and worked in Europe and Asia, firstly in different senior corporate management roles and then managing his advisory practice.

Paul is a frequent writer, well-respected, and recognized consistently as informative, creative, and knowledgeable in piecing together a broader understanding of innovation. He writes in his blogs under the name paul4innovating, gaining recognition as a leading site to explore and lead innovation thinking.

Paul continually constructs a series of novel and relevant frameworks to help advance this innovative understanding. He regularly publishes his thinking and research based on his professional advisory, coaching and consulting work at  www.agilityinnovation.com  and www.hocaconsulting.com.

He works as a transition advocate for innovation, ecosystems, Industry IoT and the energy system. He relates content to context to give greater knowledge and build the transition narratives we are all undergoing.

Let me provide a little more about my own personal innovation journey here

My Innovation intent has been central to this for twenty years; this stays the core of my work. This has progressively ‘funnelled down’ into recognizing the value of ecosystems as the business design for innovation to thrive and deliver more significant value creation. In the past two-plus years, the whole Energy Transition has been my platform to apply my innovation learning and ecosystem thinking. Equally, I believe the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) is transforming the way we are managing industry and supports the 4th Industrial Revolution and separate this thinking into a dedicated posting site of innovate4industry.com.
