					<description><![CDATA[Lovely and very work relevant conceptualization of the workplace dynamics that can produce positive or even more challenging outcomes at all levels of the organization. However Independent of their qualifications, I think the skill sets of managers and employees are very critical in achieving and balancing degrees of flow, fusion and fluidity. Such fluidity can be challenging to attain and maintain within bureaucratic systems and is more so given that managers are not naturally innovative people.]]></description>
