					<description><![CDATA[Innovation squashed,  Having bought innovation and overcomming sceptical science in many fields, GVT regulation in its overthought has prevented innovation  to the  point of going backwards quickly.  Myself trained in 20 fields with accreditation in only 4  even though fields done over 20 years  not permitted to do any more because non papered. Research has gone underground,not in bad things but ideas that would embarrass the establishment or cause a quantumn shift.
Some on the list of possibles NOT my own,, OXIDES to finished articles, Reconnection of nerve endings, Quantumn Computing  eliminating (1-0,),s self programming computers based only on numbers. Reduction in seed take up time..
